REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Unfortunately, once an item is used, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to the sanitary nature of our products. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you have 30 days from purchase to make an exchange.

We can only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. When exchanges are needed for the same item:

If a refund is requested for an incorrect, defective or damaged item, customer service will initiate the refund. Refunds can take 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
